Ne PC tuaj do shkoni tek:
Start - run - gpedit.msc
te Computer Configuration - shkojm - Adiministrative Templates
Network - QoS Packet Scheduler
klikoni 2 here mbi Limit reservable bandwith
aktivizojm aty Enabled edhe e bojm aty 100 (max.) edhe klikojm Apply
